Every project begins with a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to get to know each other, learn about your needs, and see if we’re a good fit. Following your consultation, your first session includes an in-home assessment and hands-on work, leaving you with meaningful progress and a clear plan from day one.
Hourly Rates: $75 (three-hour minimum per session)
New Client Introductory Session: $195 (three-hour session)
Lighten Your Load 12-hour Package: $855 (5% discount)
Make It Brighter 24-hour Package: $1620 (10% discount)
Staging
Staging begins with a personalized consultation to view your home through a buyer’s lens and create a plan for market-ready appeal. Hands-on styling is available to make each room welcoming and professionally staged. In most cases, we coordinate with your realtor to ensure every detail is on track and your home is well positioned to sell.
Staging Consultation & Plan: starting at $200
Optional Upgrade: Room-by-room staging guide — starting at $75
Staging Sessions: $95/hour | 3-hour minimum
Final pricing is based on your home and personal needs. Scope and timing are confirmed after we see your home, because every space is unique.
